A factory reset erases everything on the phone, Siyag included - no app can prevent that, and we would rather say so plainly. What Siyag does stop is the far more common route: uninstalling the app, disabling it in Settings, or turning off its accessibility permission. All of those are blocked while it is set up as device owner. A factory reset also wipes every photo, message and account on the phone and requires setting the device up again from scratch, so it is a drastic and very visible step rather than a quiet workaround. If it does happen, just run the installer again.
